I only discovered Space Debris just over a year ago – I don’t know why, I’ve been a lover and collector of krautrock for well over 50 years, but the band agreed to me including a track of theirs on a Fruits de Mer Records compilation CD in 2025 and things spiralled out of control from there; If you’re into krautrock/instrumental progressive rock and you’ve never come across Space Debris before, you could be in for an interesting couple of hours………

This 3LP set brings together a series of long tracks, one of which has not been released before, some were released on vinyl in Germany but are long out of print, including three extended tracks that have never appeared before on vinyl; it offers a cross-section of the different creative phases of the band and documents their unique ability to craft extended instrumental pieces full of tension, dynamics, and musical depth. Essential listening for fans of instrumental rock and of course for all krautrock fans!

Pressed on splatter vinyl, naturally, with a pretty impressive 20 page A4 booklet looking at the band's history, designed by Dale Simpson.
